Our Cleaning Process

When we enter your house we will first walk through the areas with you and provide you with an estimate. We will tell you our honest opinions about your carpet and the results you can expect. We make promises that we can keep and then live up to them. We will vacuum all your carpets, including around all the edges with our high-powered vacuums. This will remove any loose dirt that is in your carpets.

After the vacuuming is completed we mist your carpet down with our citrus based solution. Our solution is environmentally safe and 100% non-toxic so it is safe for everyone. We clean many carpets for people that are highly allergenic because our solutions are so mild. The reason that we can use these mild solutions is because the next step. The next step is that we use a high powered floor buffer with a thick, white pad under it that gently agitates the carpet and absorbs the dirt. Because we gently touch the carpet, we can remove many stains that other carpet cleaners never get out. We finish with a complete grooming of the carpet fibers, leaving you with fresh clean carpet that dries in about an hour.
