We start with an extensive vacuuming, including the edges, with our powerful commercial vacuums, to remove any loose soiling before we put any moisture on the carpet. When this is done, all that is left is the soiling that has adhered to the fibers of the carpet. We then use our Water Based Solution that is Safe for Kids, Pets, and Environmentally Friendly, to break down the soiling without saturating the padding underneath the carpet. Next we use several specially designed pads (bonnets) on a buffing machine to gently agitate the fibers, removing the soil, and absorbing the soil and moisture out of your carpet.
